WOW!
HOLY COW! Can you believe its been 2 years! YES YES Jake is finally home and it's amazing! It feels like he never left! (with our relationship) everything is so normal! He was a little awkward for the first few days and still has his moments but he's doing great and getting back into the swing of things!
